Sacred Wolf Divination
Sacred Wolf Divination is owned by Cody Shaffer, who is 28 years old, born and raised in Iowa. His crafting journey began in late 2016. Cody is Norse pagan and during his journey he became interested in runes. He wanted a rune set that he could craft on his own, so he bought the cheapest Dremel he could find and carved some black onyx. Loving the way they turned out, he showed a few people. Encouraged to make more and sell them, he did and made a shop called Ulfhednar Runeworks.
At that time Cody was strictly making runes from stone and wood. After a year or two passed he wanted another hobby so - he pursued wood burning. Just like the runes, he bought the cheapest burner he could find and went at it. Being that Cody used to draw as a child and has always had an eye for art, he caught on very quickly. Cody started off creating only Norse related burns, but eventually he would be commissioned on every topic you can think of! With things looking good, he wanted a name change that wasn't focused to one topic.
Sacred Wolf Divination was his decision, as the wolf being his spirit animal. Cody felt that art is a form of divination. He also does occasional Oracle readings. Just recently in June, he started making wire wrapped pendants. He had extra stones of all sorts piled up from leftovers of the previous rune sets and wanted to make good use of them.
